Dr Lynn Miller, Manager of NZ Bird Rescue Centre and internationally known for her work with the world’s birdlife, will be giving a talk at the Piha Library. Lynne will talk about how to foster and preserve our precious birdlife. What to do if you find injured or sick birds and, especially at this time of the year, how to treat rescued baby birds.
There will also be an opportunity to have your questions answered by an expert. >>

Seeking donations of vibrant fabric that represents different cultures for a participative community arts project in New Windsor. Fabric can be dropped off to Mandy at the Waitakere Community Resource Centre (8 Ratanui Street, Henderson), week days between 9am – 3pm, or put in the container at the New Windsor Primary School Pool.
